This man never ceases to amaze me… from successful field engineer to office based support, there doesn’t seem to be an single problem he isn’t willing to sink his teeth into and solve one way or the other.

His willingness to just get on and call stores I really appreciate. He knows our systems intimately therefore supporting them comes so naturally to him.
